Leadership
Leadership
The school leverages its Learning for Life Programme (LLP), Igniting Hearts @ PresHigh, to support its vision to develop students to be Servant Leaders who Serve, Lead and Excel.
The school provides a range of opportunities for students to learn and practise personal and community leadership, and to nurture the school values of Resilience, Integrity, Courage, Empathy, and Excellence. All students will participate in customised LLP modules based on The Leadership Challenge by James Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner in Lower Secondary. They will also learn about the Design Thinking process through the planning of Values-In-Action (VIA) projects.
The school’s Character First and Student Leadership Development Programmes also seek to develop the potential of every student to build character, hone leadership, and strengthen a heart for service. Various student leadership opportunities are also provided. These aim to develop PresHighians to lead themselves, lead others, and make a difference to their community.
