Sec 1 Orientation and Meet the Parents (MTP)

The Sec 1 Orientation Programme will take place on 2 Jan (Fri) and 5 Jan (Mon) to welcome our Sec 1 students to Presbyterian High School. Their orientation will culminate in an Induction Ceremony, together with the Sec 1 Meet-the-Parents Talk on 9 Jan (Fri) evening. Students will also celebrate as a cohort with a rousing Orientation Finale. Please find details below:

1. Reporting & Dismissal Time, Attire and Meals

2 Jan (Fri)	7.15 am	Sec 1 Orientation Report to school in half uniform (PHS polo T-shirt and shorts/skirt) at the school canteen. (If you have not purchased the attire, your child/ward can report in his/her primary school uniform.) Upon reporting to school, your child/ward should check which Form Class he/she is in on the boards in the school canteen. Your child/ward will need to purchase his/her own meals from the canteen for recess and lunch. An afternoon snack is provided by the school. Do bring a water bottle, a story book, a notebook and a pen.
	6.00 pm	Dismissal
5 Jan (Mon)	7.25 am	Sec 1 Orientation Report to school in PE attire. Your child/ward will need to purchase his/her own meals from the canteen for recess and lunch. An afternoon snack is provided by the school. Do bring a water bottle, a story book, a notebook and a pen.
	6.00 pm	Dismissal
6 Jan (Tue)		Start of Lessons Students will report at 7.25am in the expected school uniform for the day. Their dismissal time will be per their Timetable.
9 Jan (Fri)*	7.00 pm	Sec 1 Induction Ceremony and Meet-the-Parents (MTP) Talk & Sec 1 Orientation Finale
9 Jan (Fri)*	8.30 pm	End *9 Jan is a normal school day. Students are to follow the timetable for the day for lessons. Students are dismissed after their lessons and are to return to school for the evening segment.

3. Sec 1 Meet-the-Parents (MTP) 9 Jan (Fri)

Parents are invited to the MTP to hear more about Presbyterian High School. In addition, parents will get to witness the Sec 1 Induction Ceremony, where we formally welcome the Sec 1 students into Presbyterian High School.

For parents who are driving, a convenient parking, waiting and pick up location is at the carpark near block 634 (via Ang Mo Street 61), which is next to the school. No parking is available in school.
