Vision
The school’s Learning for Life Programme (LLP) – Igniting Hearts@PresHigh – aims to nurture all PresHighians to be Servant Leaders who Serve with Empathy, Lead with Humility and Excel with Integrity.

Approach
The school’s LLP Framework is anchored in The Leadership Challenge model (five practices of exemplary leadership) by James Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner, and leverages the Design Thinking process as a key pedagogy. By nurturing students holistically through the ‘Heads, Hearts and Hands’ approach, teachers guide PresHighians to lead themselves, inspire others and make a difference in our community.

3	Selected Student Leaders (Student Council ExCo, LLP ExCo, Class Council)	Stretch leadership opportunities, such as participation in leadership conferences or organising school-community events (e.g. PHS's annual Project Blessing, Chinese New Year Lohei with foreign workers, Student Leadership camp with Chaoyang School students, and Kindness Week).
